At Calf & Cub Creative we know just how important is it that orders  are delivered intact and on time. 

Depending on the product ordered and its weight/value, the courier we use may vary.

How much is postage?

P&P costs are calculated at checkout.

The courier and service we use may vary.  We will aim to use the best option for your parcel.

When will I receive my item?

If you have ordered pre-made ready to post items only such as packaging tape we aim to pack and post your order within 3 business days.

For custom orders please check our turnaround time on the header of this website or click here to view our turnaround time page.

Please note if you are purchasing custom items the shipping time shown at checkout is on top of the turnaround time. Once the parcel has been shipped Calf & Cub Creative do not have any control on how quickly your order will arrive.

What if something goes wrong?

Calf & Cub Creative does everything possible to reduce the arrival of damaged goods, but damages do occur sometimes. In the first instance you must contact us by email calfandcub.creative@gmail.com detailing the damage. Please take a digital picture of the damage for our insurance and for any claims against the courier. Please do not dispose the product/s as we may require its return (if return is required we will arrange return shipping.). Once we have been notified (and have received the images of the damage) we will replace the damaged goods as soon as possible.

Is the delivery guaranteed?

While Calf & Cub Creative does everything within our ability to get your order printed and dispatched on time once the order has been posted we have no control over the delivery so can not be held responsible for orders not arriving on time. Please be aware that no refund will be given for late deliveries and take this into account when placing your order when you have a tight deadline.

Delayed Order Delivery  -  The 3 Most Common Reasons

1)Please check you have provided us with all the information required if you have ordered a custom design. You may have received an email from me requiring more information or a different logo file. Calf & Cub Creative pride ourselves in producing quality products and aim for full customer satisfaction, which we do by using quality artwork. If there is any doubt you might not be happy with the result of the finished product then we will try and contact you to see if you can provide higher quality artwork.

2) You haven't approved your custom order for print. I will not print custom orders until you have approved the design. 

3) Address provided is incomplete. In order for us to arrange delivery we need the full address. This includes house name/number and postcode.

Our prices outlines above are for mainland UK only

Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Some areas in Scotland may take longer to receive their orders once posted.

The following postcodes will incur an additional charge as they are not within the standard £4.95 delivery zone. IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. Please contact us if you wish delivery to this area.

Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands.
Delivery to Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands may incur an additional charge dependent on weight and size of the products ordered, please contact us for more information if you wish delivery to this area. 

PLEASE NOTE:  

Calf & Cub Creative cannot be held responsible for a failed delivery if the recipient is not at their home or work place to receive the item.
If a delivery is attempted and failed you will need to contact the delivery company to rearrange delivery of the item or collection at a convenient time from the pick-up location.

Please ensure that you have entered the correct delivery address when placing your order. Calf & Cub Creative cannot be held responsible for and will not replace parcels which have been sent to addresses which were input incorrectly at the time of ordering.
