Proof images for Custom & Personalised Designs

Before printing and posting your order we will provide you with image proofs via Email or Instagram to make sure you are happy with the design. We are happy to make up to 3 amendments to the design free of charge, any further changes will incur a small charge to cover time.

Please make sure that all designs and copies are correct. - including spellings, links etc Calf & Cub Creative is not responsible for any errors occurring after the final design proof has been produced and approved by you. If there is amendments you need to change after the printing/production has started, there will be an extra cost on top of your original payment to cover cost of materials and time.

Payments are to be made prior to design and production and can be paid via the website or through an invoice.

Print Colours
Please take into consideration that printed colours may look different to those shown on your screen. Print will also look different on different materials/card types

 

Can I change my order?
If you would like to change your order please get in touch with me as soon as possible. No changes will be able to be made once the designs are printed.

Cancellations
If you decide that you wish to cancel the order, you are responsible for payment for all expenses incurred and any work done towards the completion of the project based on the percentage of the project completed as determined by Calf & Cub Creative. Should you wish to cancel the project following its completion, there will be no refund of payment.

Delivery Time

Most of the stationery is printed and cut in house by Calf & Cub Creative, design and delivery time may fluctuate depending on the current order volume already booked in. Please ensure you check the turnaround time page before you place an order. Once payment has been made an estimated shipping date will be provided.

Shipping

All orders are posted via Royal Mail - 2nd, 1st or Tracked delivery dependant on your chosen option. Liability for the loss of the delivery shall be limited to the replacement of the products, or to a full refund of the invoice value. Please note that a replacement order will be made within the next available order slot.

Damaged Goods

Should your items arrived damaged, please contact via email within 48 hours (images required), so that I can act accordingly and quickly with a replacement or refund, whichever you request.

Product Expiry

If you have purchased seeded card products it is recommended to use them within 18 months of delivery.
