Return & Refund Policy

Calf & Cub Creative is a small handmade stationery business. All items (excluding pre made) are made to order.

Custom and personalised orders

Any products that have been personalised or made to order are not eligible for a refund.

If your items have arrived damaged or faulty please get in touch as soon as possible (no later than 14 days). Please send photos of the damaged/faulty items, and I will arrange an exchange if I am at fault.

Customisations include:

• colour changes
• Size changes 
• Logo
• your name or social tags/website

 

Please note that colours and print placement/ sizes may vary on your items. This is due to computer and phone screens displaying colours differently to those seen in person.

Different materials/cards will also print colours differently.

Some items may be cut by hand and I can not guarantee they will all be the same size, although every care is taken to ensure the are printed and cut to a high standard.

Un-customised orders

If you are not happy with your un-customised purchase, I will accept a return within 14 days.  Returned items must be delivered back to me unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. If the returned items meet the standards outlined, we will then give a refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). 

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

 We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
