Placing a Custom Order

Thinking about placing a custom order? YAY!

If you are looking for custom stationery designed around your branding - then the order process is a little bit different than just paying and waiting for your delivery.

Browse the items available on this website www.calfandcubcreative.co.uk and add select the options and upload your logo and details requested on the page.- Add your items to your basket,  and head over to the checkout to complete your order.

At this stage, you’ll have the option to check out as a guest, or create an account. It’s always better to create an account so you can check back and find out what stage your order is at, and whether you need to provide any further details.

Or if you are unsure what items you would like or have a completely bespoke order with different sizes etc please contact me through the chat option at the bottom right of this website or via message on Instagram. I can then book your order onto my system manually and send you an invoice.  

 

 

Order placed!? Eek I'm so excited to make your order!

Turnaround time can vary depending on how many orders I already have in. Generally the turnaround time for custom orders is between 1 and 2 weeks. Please check the turnaround time page by clicking HERE for updates on estimated turnaround times.

The first stage your order goes to is “Order Placed”. This means your order has been received and is booked in. 

Next up, is processing. It's been a couple of weeks and you haven't heard from me? Thank you so much for being patient! I really appreciate it.  I have been busy making other peoples orders and I will be starting the designs for your order in the next week or so - as long as you have provided me with all the information needed. Please also check your emails, I may have requested more information from you so that i can get started on your order,

Once i have designed your items I’ll set up proofs for you, and pop them over to your email address. It’s super important you check these, as once you’ve approved them then I can’t make any further changes. If you do need something changing that’s no problem, just drop me an email letting me know what you need and I’ll get fresh proofs sent back to you.  I will not print your items unless you have approved the proofs, so do make sure you reply, even if you are happy with the first proof- I will be waiting to hear back from you!!

During the proof stage we have likely sent messages back and forth a couple of times to make sure you are 100% happy with the designs. Your order will then  be progressed to ‘Proofs Approved’. At this stage I’ll schedule your order in on the next available printing and cutting day (these are usually Mondays and Wednesday, I’ll let you know which you’re booked in for). I then hope to get your ordered packed and posted within a day or two after completion.

Your order is made and Shipped!

I have made your order, packed and posted it! Your order is on its way to you! Keep an eye on your post. If your order has a tracking number I will provide this via email or within your account on this website.

Haven't received your order?

If you haven’t received your order 5 WORKING days after the status changes to shipped, please drop me an email.

If your order hasn't been shipped and it has gone past the usual turnaround time, please check your emails. I may have emailed you regarding your order or requesting more information, if I haven't heard from you your order will be placed on hold.

On Hold: If I have requested information (see above) and I have not heard back from you after I am due to start your order your order will be placed ‘On Hold’.  This means your order has been moved to the back of the queue, please drop me an email with the information that is required, and your order will return to ‘order placed’ status, and start the above process again (up to 4 week lead time).

Payments

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, The turnaround time commences from the date of payment.

Changing your mind

If you change your mind during the turnaround time and i haven't started your designs you can request to cancel your order and receive a refund. Once your order has begun being designed and made it cannot be refunded. Please check the Returns and refunds policy by clicking here.

Delivery

Depending on the product ordered and its weight/value, the courier we use may vary.

Please ensure that you have entered the correct delivery address when placing your order. Calf & Cub Creative cannot be held responsible for and will not replace parcels which have been sent to addresses which were input incorrectly at the time of ordering.
